This past Thursday, Victory Club partnered with ChefXchange to pop up in London at the home of art historian Cassius Clay. His knowledge of art history and keen eye for decorative arts inspired the evening
ChefXchange is an online marketplace that allows gourmands to hire private chefs for meals in the comfort of their own home. The platform has over 500 chefs signed up across EMEA and Washington, DC. What distinguishes this brand is the quality of chefs; many trained in Michelin-starred restaurants. We were lucky enough to work with chef Andrea Zagatti.
Ciprian Ilie of Frameless Gallery spoke about his gallery including works by Ferdinand Leger and Louise Fishman.
Chefanie devised a menu inspired by the favorite foods of her longtime best friend, Cassius Clay.
For the first course, members and friends enjoyed Pappardelle with Pistachio Pesto. The second course featured Rack of Lamb with Burnt Leak and Cherry gel.
The last and most decadent course, Dolci, featured Mille Foglie with Macadamia and Strawberries.
ChefXChange created some of the most beautiful plates of food, which aroused conversation between the culinary and visual arts.
Of course, Chefanie made her signature American chocolate chip cookies.
Members and friends had the most wonderful experience, thanks to our partner, ChefXChange, our speaker Cipian Ilie, and of course, our host Cassius Clay!
