"Folded Victory? What's that?"
Folded Victory has been my online avatar since 2010. The name, inspired by an Elizabeth Bishop poem, alludes to my passion for finding small victories in everyday things. Bishop talks about "folded sunsets": sunsets that look like they're folding as they sink into the West but also flat images of the most regular everyday thing. Folded victories, to me, are quotidian things of excellence, captured and shared.
Folded Victory on Blogspot was primarily curated recipes, artworks, and poems. Here, I'll produce content. And by content, I mean, mostly food ;) Anyway, I hope you enjoy. Let me know what you think!!!
